- 1 Inch Peeled and Sliced Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger (optional)
- 3/4 Cup Honey
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 1/2 Cups Sugar
- Lemon Peel from 3-4 small lemons
